Terms of Service.

By accessing and using the services provided by Maveec Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific project contract, all code, designs, and digital assets produced by Maveec Labs remain the intellectual property of Maveec Labs until full payment has been received.

Each project engagement is subject to a separate Statement of Work (SOW) which outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. These Terms of Service act as a framework for all such engagements.

Maveec Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Maveec Labs is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
